Default Ap or helix heavy duty cover????

What's every ones views on this?
Basically I want the strongest cover I can get to go with, The ap 6 paddle I have at the moment.
I'm not bothered about how hard the pedal feels or how jerky it is in traffic.

I have a 6paddle at the moment with a standard cover plate.
It's fine for everyday driving and booting it but...

I love a bit of launching (on the strip of course and now I'm running 21psi with greys it just isn't up to it . My first run Saturday nite it held and I got excellent 60 ft time and 12.7 quarter.
But the second run it give in and started slipping. :-(

Ap racing heavy duty cover is around £270- 280
Helix heavy duty is around 290 -300

I see matt Lewis recommends helix would like to get other people's views with 4x4s and decent clutches .

Cheers Luke

I had an AP 6 paddle with a heavy pressure plate in my Cossie a few years ago and it took everything I threw at it!

Got the same in it now but I may fit a Helix as the pedal is lighter (so I've heard anyway) and I struggle to push the pedal down with the AP as I have little strength in my left leg anymore (motorbike accident).

Are the Helix organic clutch kits also good? How much you think they take torque?

Sounds good then might as well get a helix.
There's 2 types a performance and a competition cover
Take it it's the competition cover I need?
