help with cossie pump

Default help with cossie pump

Dose anybody know what the bit bolted into the end of a
cossie pump is for (looks like some kind of valve?) and if
I can replace it with a banjo bolt?

I think your talking about the one way valve.

I binned both of mine on my twin pump setup
