hi peeps can anyone help me out please, ive 2 cams here for my L reg big turbo escort im hoping they are the original standard ones

they are yn0011 16 l2 lyd2

yn0011 16 l2 lyd3

any info would be really great

bit gutted now as im led to believe the yn00ll lyd 2 is a 2wd sierra cos exhaust cam

can anyone confirm this
