Been wondering how my 3dr would look with gold wheels for a bit now so got a friend to do a photoshop, I quite like it but got a mixed reaction from friends, just after peoples opinions really please.

It wouldn't have gold centre caps though.

I am really pleased with mine in Gold Karl but without being rude to your mate, the photoshop is not doing your car any justice sorry.

Gold and Black was JPS racing colours for years and always looked ok

A friend of mine had a black escos with gold rl7s on a few years back and that looked awesome

 

Stop worrying about other folk Karl, if you fancy it then go for it. I've never done anything where modding is concerned to please others.

Whatever you do dont lower the back end.davie put ahmed springs on the car and all sierras handle better with the rear slightly higher than the front.

It looked good on silver 18s aswell .should be pics somewhere

 

Won't be messing with the stance of it mate, I think it sits just right as it is,I dont think they look right if they're too low at the back.

 

The gold works and you should do it . when i had gold comps , people took the piss untill they see the car . I thought they looked good but sold them as i wanted a different offset.

Each to there own guys, I love them gold rims on the black 3dr, I personally don't think the Hocks suit a 3dr for some reason a saph yes, like I said each to there own and its you car at the end of the day.
