something a bit different but thought i would share

was messing about in photoshop and thought this would look superb on the car..

what does everyone think??

i'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to fannying around with graphics so please be gentle

Cheers bud, it was a ball ache because there's no font available for the words as it's fords own font, so had to improvise on the other letters.

pretty much any local vinyl lettering co that do signs/vans etc will make up one offs. i had bmw cosworth and powered by cosworth decals made up for mine .

ive got a font that is very similar to the RS font (the A's are slightly different , not sure how to host it so it can be downloaded though

quick example :





If anyone wants it or can host it i can try emailing it over

As said the font is none existent a so had to improvise, the R's and A's are different and the P was chopped from the R do tried to stick to original font as much as I could, I think I'll deffo get it done when shes been resprayed.

not got pics any more although i still have 3 or 4 of the large rear window decals in both black and white in my cupboard somewhere. the "powered by ford cosworth" was a large sticker across the rear window. i also had 24 carat gold plated metal cosworth badges on my toyota celica cosworth but that was a bit OTT.

That's why I thought I would go for subtlety and originality, I've seen focus ST with chrome cosworth badges plastered all over it and it looked poo. So that put me off the chrome badges route.

my bmw had the "powered by ford cosworth" using the proper fonts and a ford badge in white vinyl lettering about 50mm high across the rear window and the same in black along the front valance below the fog lights and 2 original small metal cosworth badges on the rear pillars by the back doors and the boot badge. my toyota was a bit more in your face though with large gold lettering on a blue car and gold plated badges.
