I have got a 2001 zs and have got the engine out just need to put the puma in but the wiring loom dosnt seem to plug in like I got told the ecu is a MUFF if that help. Just could do with some advise on how to get on? Weather the loom is for an analouge engine or not ? thanks

 

I done this conversion years ago , but I had a analogue puma , like I had the whole car as I ended up pulling the whole loom out and swoping it over as the loom I had and car did not seem compatable

 

What reg was the puma? I'm shaw if your car is a 2001 you will need the puma wiring from a 2000-2002 puma, I'm doing my w reg fiesta and I bought a x reg puma to use as my donor?

 

You need the engine bay loom out of the puma and then it should be ok

 

The engine is a 2001 same as the fiesta we think the problem is down the security side so the immobiliser isn't letting the engine start. Thanks for your help so far
