I will be getting a tddi fiesta van in the coming months.. has anyone tuned them for a bit more. I know they dont come with intercoolers and have 75bhp, but they use the same turbo as the 90bhp focus tddi so im hoping to add a cooler to match the focus output and a remap for some more..

 

i have yes, i remapped ours, hollowed out the cat and shortend the actuator rod, it was still gutess, i think you can fit the intercooler off the 1.6 tdci pugs aswell

 

Are you on about the 1.8 tddi or the 1.4tdci.. I looked at the output of a bluefin'd focus tddi and that was around 120bhp plus more torque.. would of though it would be brisk in a lighter mk5 fiesta.

 

Ours was a 1.4hdi same as the fiesta tdci 1.4
