Lol, the joys of owning a Cosworth!

Worth it though, on the occasional days when they're not giving us shit!

Never had this problem myself. Found both of my Escort Cosworths to be very reliable. Are you pushing big power or something? running stuff on its limits?

I feel your pain. I would love a nice big garage with a lift in etc to work on the car

Know the feeling have had a few issues with mine the last couple of years and can't get to the bottom of it, started with a random cut out then after waiting to cool it started again, it then went altogether and tried everything I knew to get it going without luck, eventually found an issue with phase sensor wiring, but still had an occasional misfire and am struggling to find the cause. This year have completely removed engine loom and tested every connection and replaced all plugs and terminals so Hoping I have solved it. I am waiting to upgrade to stage3 but need this all sorting before. I can honestly say messing with the loom is a bitch of a job but needs must.
