hopefully in a couple of days i should have a new to me st170 and the discs and pads look worse for wear, seen mintex discs and pads going cheap on ebay are they any good, or what would you advise for fast road use

I had some on my Mk3 Mondeo, got them from ebay too, think they cost me £80. They were pretty good for the money, stood up to some pretty harsh braking situations Id recommend them no problem.

they're good enough, certainly not one of the best anymore, but enough for a daily.

I used them on my kit car a few years back they seemed very good (although that weighed next to nothing anyway!)
