Hi guys, sadly I think I'm gonna have to sell my project.
Really don't want to do this as I've put a lot of effort into it from what it was when I got it.

Haven't got the time to take the engine out and do what I had planned to which was get Harvey Gibbs to rebuild the whole thing for peace of mind.

Thanks guys, really am gutted! Have no idea what I want for it as I'll always think its worth more than anyone else being that I've bought it back from how it was. Ideally I'd like to get it rebuilt so the whole engines fresh! If it doesn't go for decent money ill have to pay for a garage, take the engine back out and do bits here and there. Not easy when I'm not that clued up on these engines enough and lacking physical help! Lol

 

What sort of price would a rebuild be? Depends on what exactly it needs I know but a rough guesstimate would be fine

 

depend on how bad the head/block/crank is.

Ł1500 assuming the above is all good but using new pistons & you do it youeself

 

you must have some idea, whats the reserve on ebay?
