Hi guys, I looked at a picture of my escort and thought it looked quite plain, so I had thoughts of installing a Series 2 splitter.

Now they're plenty of Mk4 escorts round here and I want to be diffrent from the standard look, just little subtle mods.

I know that I have to cut the current lip off the bumper in order for the Series Two splitter to fit.

Just wandered what your views are on it.

 

Series 2 don't have splitters.

I'd leave your escort as it is IMO

 

Thought that had a little black splitter on? Removed one from an 88 spec bumper I have in the shed.

There's no 'should' or 'shouldn't' about it, it's his car so he can fit it if he wants. It's up to him, not someone on the internet.

 

Want to keep it standard ish on the outside mate, original black bumpers, chrome ( if I can find a new one! ) and period Ford Alloys/steels and covers.

 

i wasnt hating i just think no painted bumpers should stay like it..
