Horn wiring
Hello!
My horn is not working.
Can You please tell me, were there originally two horns on my 88' Sierra 2.0EFI 3-dr hatch or only one? Now I am having one horn on nearside of the car's engine bay.
There are two wires connected to the horn: yellow/silver "-" and red/black "+"
The problem is that yellow/silver wire at one end is connected to horn BUT at the other end it is cut off and hanging in the air. I cannot see any other cut off wire that could be the continued yellow/silver one. Can someone please tell me where this wire should be attached?
The black/red one is ok.
Thanks!

Yes, I think virtually all models had two, certainly the two we have do.
If it's the ground then you can connect it to a good ground point, originally it would have connected to a common ground point, so long as it is DEFIANTLY the earth you have!
I sure the horn is grounded by the body normally!
