Question Idle problem_cold start

Hello!I got a problem.Every cold morning when i start up my sapphire it revs up over 2.5k rpm for more a half minute without my desire and then come to standar idle.
I remove idle air control valve and clean it twice and for one 2 months havent got any problem. But these cold days problem came back again!
Help anyone?

Btw i buy a new water temp sensor to see if it resolve the problem but i cant find where is located!

CTS is at the back of head on the inlet side, it's a little tricky to get to.

It's either a bad ISCV or the valve is being told to operate in this way, i.e. bad input from TPS.
