Does anyone know if thease are availible from ford
or a rough price on how much a set of new gen ones would be go for as im after a set and know someone whos got some but he is asking silly money ....

Gords fo not sell and they go for around £100 on ebay and are rare

 

Fronts are still available from Ford around £70, rears are not

I didn't think either were still available - I sold 2 pairs of fronts for £150 a pair last year

 

Fronts are still available I got some just befor xmas 36 quid each back ones are 60 each but nla.

 

I need fronts for mine but Paul had rears and I got them in with the sale

I'd like to know where you got them at £36?

I went to my local RS specialist, he has one front one left which he reckoned was £40something over seven years ago.

Has any one got the part numbers?

I got a set unused second hand but only in a couple of the boxes.

Howcome I'm getting a quote of £82? (Can't remember which side it was )

Anyway I was interested at £30 odd but knew it was too good to be true

But the sad thing is they aren't even Sapphire Cosworth specific. All those normal Mk2 Sierras still on the road won't get a look in, surely someone, somewhere could make them?

I know, I know, they look like a very hard item to replicate but if an existing company could investigate the pros and cons? I don't know, just thinking out loud now. They wouldn't be any cheaper but at least they would be available!

 

I work for a motor factors that got an account with ford but they can't get them but a ford specialist parts factors near me can get them at that price to me

 

I will look at my reciept and double check.
