No major problem, is it a bumper off job? Slot in from underneath? Remove rad completely? Any tips?

Cheers frayz

Its a Pace one, (would prefer a radtec or pro alloy one but i got it for a good price!!)
No mate, no air con on mine. Ive ordered new gromnets and hardware from ford so it goes on with new fasteners.

Can i just push the rad back towards the engine and slot the cooler infront or will i not have enough room to get the feed pipes over the top?

Is it a definate "rad out" job? Not that its a problem, im just a slacker and cant really be arsed to take it out

I will if it needs it

Thanks for your help bud

How will this bolt up? already some mounting points for the cooler? and will the rad bolt back in the same place? if not, then where?

The mounting points for the cooler are infront of the mounting points for the radiator. You will need the same type of bolts and rubber bushes that are used for the radiator to mount the new intercooler which im sure pro alloy sell as a pack or just go to a scrap yard and get from there. Take out the radiator, fit the new intercooler and then re-fit the radiator back in it original place. Its not that hard realy once you get started.
