Anyone know how to take the inlet of a 07 plate fiesta st

I am not near the car so can't see it. How long does it take.

I did a guide for fitting a cossie inlet on fiesta stoc and fordfiestast sites although not on here.

Have a scan on those sites and should easily find it.
