hi all apparently this is seized and i have an excessivly corred brake pipe, where is the valve located, and can i unseizwe with wd40,is the pipe a flexi or steel pipe thanks, mot garange wants 300 to fix these!!!!!!!!!!

 

if I remember rightly it is under the nback just in front of the rear wheels in the middle,just follow the brake pipes until you come to it
