hi All,

my 3 dr has like wide beams ( greyisch surrounding ) for the headlight , all the pics I have seen uptill now have point beams I assume ( silver surroundings .

Were these sold on the 3 dr or were they replaced ?

look like base model lights with some extra beam lights thrown in for good measure

 

So I can take the greyisch surrounding out ?
There as I understand they are not cosworth light then :-(

some 3 door owners use the lower spec headlights so that they can fit a larger intercooler to their cars so it's not without it's plus points

so you should be able to see if those extra bits are part of the main headlight or not

even if they are additions, they may be worth something as they may be some long forgotten optional extra

 

but now that i look at it, and someone correct me here if i'm wrong, it could also be someones attempt to put some fake morrette style covers on the top of those lights

Wrong understanding I assume.

The grey splitter is inside the headlamp not outside .

When I went to buy another cosworth this one had the same ( was a motorsport one ) .

if it's inside the headlamp then it's fine, your original picture does make them look a bit strange though
