4 speed tran X box, was awesome in my mk2 but I've now got a 4:6 rear diff so I've had to move up to a Quaife 5 speed as I could only do 85 mph,should be allright with a road car diff(3:7 CWP)this used to do 65 mph in 1st gear!,it's getting a bit noisey so to be honest could do with a rebuild(it's straight cut so it's noisey anyway!)Any offers from here before I put it on rallyusedparts.com?

I'm not sure what type of box it is, it's on a pinto, how do I tell? I want £350 as it's a bit noisey when you rev it, even with the clutch in?Main shaft?Still drives fine though.

certainly is mate, It'll be in the car so you can "try before you buy" for the next 2 weeks approx(earlier if you want it) then I'll be putting in my Quaife 5 speed.
