no 345 and reverse gear

hi
bought fiesta st on 06 plate couple of months ago but have just lost 345 and reverse gears any advice out there cars only done 46k

How does your gear stick feel? Has it went all loose?

no gear sticks fine it goes into 1and 2 fine
