Escort cossies like that were highly sought after at one point, if its in really good nick, it will go quickly I think.

 

it looked very standard,brakes,wheels, imperial blue , did not seen under the bonnet mind you , number plate ended in LAG

Trouble is most cars like that will end up very rarely getting used as the new owner won't want to risk changing what could be a future collectors car to just a relatively low mileage daily runner. Having said that, if i'd just spent £26k on an Escos i wouldn't want to use it i'd just put it in a huge glass cabinet lol.

Get an agreed insurance valuation on the car then if the worst does happen you should get paid out.

my cousin bought a escos last year with only 23k on it and was cosiderably cheaper than that!
