i have just fitted a pace 500 cooler that used too be in a mates 3 door now i cant get headlight far enough back too fit any ideas? cheers

 

I used to have a pace cooler on my 3 door years ago and had same problem, I ended fitting a small bracket under the slam panel to hold it in position away from lights, since then I changed to a genuine 500 cooler which fitted without this problem.

 

The hot side pipe angles are completely different for a Sierra and Escort, Sierra pipe come out straight, Escort pipes have an angle on them. That's why it'll fit so badly in your Escort, the boost pipes are holding it in the wrong place.

Got a Pace cooler on saff, that's a tight fit behind the lights...
