Well, my rears have the same numbers as yours, but my front shocks read

F4-V36-4040-HO.

Seems they are for standard Sierra, but it does list 16v under that part number on a Bilstein PDF I found, the only 16v Sierra's were RS Cosworths.

Any way, not bothered, I aint got a YB powered Sierra
