Hi , could anyone suggest why an escort mk4 efi 1.6 cvh may be sluggish , the engine runs fine no smoke rattles etc just seems a bit slow on take off could it be the ecu , is there anyway that the injectors or somthing like this may be playing up ??????????????? only reason being is that i had an xr3i engine and converted to carb by making a blanking plate and blocking injector holes and that seemed a bit faster on take off . Any info would be appreciated .
