zetec s/ zetec se
hi i have a 1400 zetec s phase 1 and want to convert to 1600 zetec se phase 2 droping the engine an gearbox in is easy can i plug the 1600 se ecu to the 1400 loom or is this not possible

Im pritty sure you will have problems with the ecu as the 1.4 pins will be abit diffrent to the 1.6s.
Normaly the 1.25 and 1.4 are the same and 1.6 are diffrent, So you would be better off changing the loom.
