Where or who is the best place to send a faulty secs monitor too to hopefully get repaired?

screen pixels?

 

Not quite sure really, when I supply 12v to it it just lights up and every pixel comes on so basically the screen is completely full of small square black dots.

 

Common problem, the guy who made them was called Simon Johnson and he used to reside on here, he then got banned!

I am not sure if this is a hardware issue or whether a later firmware revision cures it?

You could always send it back to Simon Secs, then get it back in the year 4056
