Default Advice needed: bladed anti roll bar and comp struts

I've seen some run a bladed anti roll bar with comp struts and another's not on sierra based pans when and why would I need to consider a bladed arb setup?

Thanks in advance

a bladed roll bar is used so it can be adjusted in side the car for different surfaces, they do work very well

Alot of your set up should come from the anti roll bar, you want to run as stiff arb as possible to stop the car leaning over so you can then run a softer spring on the strut.

Thank you to the above for getting the discussion going, I had a look at the springs that came with the package, they are 650lbs but the engine is a v8 going in the sierra bay, don't know the weight of it and the gearbox atm.

Should I reduce the spring rate and source a blade arb??

Just try it as it is before you spend any cash, but if you do want to run one, mk motorsport on hear makes them or you could get one from dewits.
