Default Couple of questions

I was thinking of running endura inlet injection manifold on my mk1 fiesta, the manifold bolts straight on as they are pretty much the same engine. To get them fully working will I have to run a ecu and loom?
I was thinking maybe just get some ballistic ralsistors so I don't have to fit a lamdba sensor and other bits, any info or help would be great

Sorry I ment ballistic resistor.

Yeah the car is currently carb and I've got a ka injection manifold and its bolts straight on there's just nothing powering it or anything... Just thinking of ideas of how to do it and the easiest was the ecu and wiring ?
