I've just purchased a fiesta mk2 for a very fine price. Its to become my new project. I've gone in partnership with my brother in law (grant laker from the bdc if any of you know him) were intending on putting my zetec turbo in it. Got the engine, a cts stage2+ gearbox and omex managment. The idea is to strip it right out and trackday it. I'm told I need to change the fuel tank for the injection engine one as it has a swirl pot in it. Apart from that, does anyone know any other problems that will arise and is 300bhp too much? I can't wait to start it. Picking the car up Friday from Wales. Soo excited

 

your best bet is to have the swirl pot from an escort rs turbo tank fitted into a mk2 tank.

Theres lots of things that need doing for that conversion but nothing to bad! 300bhp will be an awsome drive in a mk2
