New member asking for permission to come aboard.
Hello all. New guy here. My name is Barry and i'm in the south of England, UK. I've been a lurker on this forum for a while now while i've been saving my pennies to buy a project. It's a great place with some fantastic threads and information. Looking forward to contributing as soon as i have something worthwhile to throw into the ring.

Thanks fellas, wow...what a welcome! I don't yet have my car, leastways not the car i'm after. I currently tool around in a Jap matchbox but what i'm after, and what i've been after for a few years now, is a Mk2 Fiesta XR2.
I've always been a big fan of those but they seem to be getting rarer and more scarce each year that goes by.
If anyone knows of an original, unmolested example for sale please let me know or PM me. There are a couple of contenders that i've seen but the interiors have been butchered to make room for audio ( i also want the original radio/cassette...i'm picky that way)
