for sale is my megasquirt II v3.0 ecu.
it has been checked by james murray recently who is one of the developers of megasquirt and gave it a clean bill of health. at the time he also fitted a 4BAR map sensor with baro correction and added more coil drivers along with cam phase sensor circuit for coil on plug if wanted.
it will still do wasted spark without the need for an edis unit too.
everything works as it should, it has extra firmaware installed and can supply the code for using this firmware if you don't wish to change it.

this has been run in my zetec turbo engine for a while and will come with a loom and relays for fuel pumps and power up and cps wiring etc, only thing missing is standard loom on injector rail as that is being sold with inlet, but it is only a standard loom from there.

i will include a reliable usb to serial cable, along with an extension serial too.
i will label up any wires that don't just connect up to a standard plug, e.g. lambda input, launch control.

as said it has been thoroughly tested by James Murray, if you search you will find his credentials stack up very well.

for this lot ready to go, i'm looking for £420.

BTTT, some flex in price on this.

 

Is this still for sale? Could you pm me some more details,like what inlet was it running so know which loom would be needed. Can it run closed loop, lc,al? Plus does it have a map on it to tire a zetec turbo with cop? Is the engine loom with it. Cheers adam

 

missed this reply, it comes with loom, i didn't have it running cop's, but it's ready to be used with them as it had additional drivers added for that function.
lc is on it, no al, but does have iscv control so could be setup to do it.
map was for a zetec turbo and ran no problems, map sensor is a 4 bar, so upto 43.5psi, i ran 2 bar through it (29psi)
inlet was a HO zetec one, but you could just use the fuel rail loom and use a different inlet (fuel rail loom is not included).
serial to usb cable is included also.

Just for my own curiosity, have you got any recent pictures of inside the case, and wether your board was conformally coated or left exposed to corrode like mine?

 

no recent pics, but it's not failed in the last four/five years i've had it and was inspected last year by a professional in this area.
