story goes, one old fella owned n drove the car from new til he passed way, his mrs put it in her name and tucked it up in the garage which is where it sat for 18 years under a cover. my mate came across it as the car had been pulled out the garage and for some reason couldnt be stored ther anymore! so he bought it! the paint on the car was real tired, possibly part due to the cover over time? and the front needed welding where wing meets front panel, apart from that it was well solid.... ziebarted from new ;0)
its totally unmolested and deserves to stay that way! i always said id buy it off him, then one day i get a tx tellin me a price with car delivered.... no brainer lol! i planned to just paint it n get it on the road but iv aquired a few new parts along the way so now its gonna be a bit tidier than initially expected but no way near concours!






unfortunatly in its first ten years life it has been used as it shud and milage is 117580











































the boot has the black sticker over it so i had my mate mask it all up as its original, its not in mint condition but i thought rather than removing it and painting it, id leave it be!

I'd love to find something like that and just get it back to original, You gonna keep the
S1 wheels or try and get a set of clover leafs for it.

my mate did the welding, propa job that... wish i cud take the credit lol!!!! iv got clovers for it, jus gonna get em re-furbed. it wud be nice for the lady to see it wen its done, jus wiv all my cars it wont b anytime soon!
