I am hoping to fit a l8 ecu to my 3 door over winter and take advantage of closed loop fuelling and knock sensor. I will remove my engine loom and add wires as required to the loom. I however need a little advice as to type of cable to use for the lambda and knock sensor, also the connections required. It appears on bigturbo.com that the knock sensor may be shielded but if so were do I connect the shielding and if one or both ends. Any advice appreciated as I am hoping to get my loom off shortly and check it over before adding extra wires. I may even incorporate my wasted spark in the loom and do away with the add on loom.
