I can't see the prices of items once added to my basket.

The prices are all covered over with the payment method and facebook, twitter logos etc.

After adding loads of things to my basket to see the prices of the items i want there is a big price difference from the price shown on the item to how much it costs when added to my basket

Ł18.50 extra on one item, Ł12.50 on another and Ł20 on the last one.

All other items i have added to the basket are the same price.

I cant understand that to be honst and wonder if its some browser cache problem mate as its something that would undoubtably be very quickly reported and it never has been. Its far froma busy webshop but it does about 30 sales a day and nobody has ever mentioned such problems before.

I would suggest either deleting all cache, or probably easier, quickly install chrome or firefox and try it on there to confirm the issue?
Would love to hear the outcome mate, but worst case scenario we will honour the discount on the phone tomorrow if these problems are unresolved on your PC today.

Well i have emptied my cache, im already on chrome and have re-started the computer and its still the same for me

There's a thing on the RSOC about Focus intercoolers with the 20% off, it seemed the prices have gone up 20% to get the discount off.

 

I am after the silicon hoses in black for a 3dr

In the web shop the price says Ł62 for the Auxiliary hoses but Ł80.50 when you go to the checkout, Ł52 for the Water hoses but Ł64.50 @ checkout and the T3 Boost hoses are Ł95 but Ł115 at the checkout.

Also after a inlet gasket and fuel filter which are the same price in the webshop and when you go to the checkout.

I think people may be getting confused with the vat being added. I'll try to have a look and see what's going on, but I'm limited to what I can do as I'm at home.

 

The only items i can find that come out more expensive than what the price stated in the webshop is the hoses

There seems to be an issue with Airtec prices that i am trying to sort out, but my resources at home are quite limited.

As far as i see the item is the correct price, it will add an amount on the hoses if you pick the "Yes add clips" box.

but it seems to be working for me now. I think people are forgetting to select the options they want when they open the product.

 

I'm at work now, will try when I get home.

ok, im pretty sure thats your issue though,

click the product you want, and it will give you a set of click boxes, i.e., what colour? what turbo?, do you want stainless clips?

if these are not picked and the default option is used it may be adding jubilee clips on to your order.

 

Can you elaborate or supply a link please?

 

Bought a focus rs intercooler today 131 quid off normal price with the discount. All worked fine for me.

I have placed my order and 1 extra item as well.

I am still having issues with not being able to see prices of items when its in my basket but when i went to pay i could see all the prices.
