As above guys been looking for a mk1 focus for a while now but not seen anything ticking all the boxes came across this but does it seem a bit cheap for the mileage.

Price of these has come down quite a bit in the last couple years. A good one used to be hovering at 9-10k plus but go as low as 5k now. I'd say go for it if everything is in order.

I think that's reasonably accurate given it's standard and needing a wee bit of cosmetic work doing to it.
