If you have the reg number and the person has damaged your car or something why not report them if it warrants it, rather than take revenge and get yourself in more trouble.

in the past ive went into a local police station and explained i was looking at buying a car but i thought the seller was a bit dodgy. ask the police on the desk if they could check the details. give the reg, make up a name and address and see if they correct you with the real details.... its worked for me.

I drive 90 miles a day in solid motorway traffic for most of it, I don't think I have had a trip yet without watching some utterly mental driving!

 

im just back from cambodia where there seems to be no rules on the roads, people drive in any direction they want on any side of the road that suits, pull out in front of you , swerve in to cut you up and weave about to suit themselves and i didnt see 1 road rage incident or crash.

 

You can fill in a form and send a few quid to the DVLA to ask for the details as long as you have valid reason.

Which cant really require too much when the DVLA sell everyones details to cunts to send you spoof illegal parking notices etc !

 

Write to DVLA and just say the car has been parked on your property and you want to post them a nice letter asking them to remove it.

 

as a private individual you need a legitimate reason for DVLA to disclose.

as a company they will pretty much sell you the info even if your motives are immoral and dodgy as fuck
