Your abit like me, the phone you've got does the job perfectly, but sod it, buy the new version anyway

I am disappointed with the note 2 I thought it was going to be bigger and its not
its narrower and thinner but very slightly taller

 

Not got either but played with both, they do seem very similar when using it as an everyday tool.

At least you can get some cash back though from the old one.
