Default forgot how thirsty 4x4 sierras are.

on a trip down south for my grandads funeral and its only done 25mpg
Mainly motorways 4 up at a steady 70-80. Good job I don't run it all year round.

that's great for a twin turb 4x4 sierra, i was getting 11 with a gentle right foot on the motorway












and 1mpg on a not so gentle motorway run

Think the turbos may actually help the mpg as there is loads of torque so you don't need much throttle input. Trouble is the m3 used to do 30+ and the cavalier turbo nearly 40.

I got 26 from my car on its roadtrip at the end of August. I had very little motorway.

Should be 30 plus I'd of thought matt. Think mine would do 30 if it were 2wd.

Mine also does about 25 mpg, 320 bhp MSD with closed loop and wasted spark. I wonder what it would do when it was just 2wd.
