What sierra had solid rear disks? 2wd or 4x4?

2wd and 4wd had solid discs. the twin cam 2.0 and xr4x4 v6 had rear discs. the cossie 2wd had larger solid discs. and sapph 4x4 and escos had vented rear discs.
