what are the pliers called to get water hose clips off?

on my golf need to get the pliers to get the clips off the water hoses on my golf vr6? there not jubilee clips!!!

They are called hose clamp pliers and sealey do a couple of types at a budget price

And a great tool to have for those clips. They lock open too which is handy
