OK.
So I knew all this many years ago when I did this for a living...but now I can't find the information anywhere. Not on line. and being a bit skint I do not want to buy any manuals.
All it is is the tappet clearance settings for an uprated 1600 cc push rod, cross flow engine. (Now bored out to +090 = 1695 cc or near it) with a gas flowed head and what seems to be a fast road cam. I have three sets of figures buried in my head but I do not want to use the wrong one.

So I would be much obliged if some kind person out there can point me in the right direction

0.2mm inlet 0.3mm exhaust when cold.

in old money .008" inlet .012" exhaust
