Default few pics of my chavwagon.. (rotterdam show pictures added)

being as im gonna be spending alot of time on this forum from now on i thought id put a few pics up of my fiesta.

had it a very long time now and its been though many changes, this is in its current form, and i appreciate it wont be to everyones taste :

lexus lights/ stickers ect are long gone, runs on the plate A12BAG aswell now. reason the bonnet is off is simply because its being repaired ready for an upcoming show in rotterdam.

ive had a good few years on the show circuit but this winter my plans are to turn into into a track/fast road car. cage, stripped interior. huge stoppers and have some driving fun with the thing.

ill be posting a project/ build thread when i get chance

and before you ask, yes it is the car out of the golf advert, heres a pic of the filming..

Forgot to mention in the thread, the next mod will be a wheel change.

Not usually a fan of anything other than standard bodywork, but I actually like this! And it makes a change for PF not to slate something different

EsCos wheels will set it off a treat!

First thing I thought.. Looks like the car from the Golf advert lol.

The funny thing is I always thought the car in the advert was a mk3 golf, even my mrs would say "but that is a golf isn't it" wondered why the advert made no sense

I've always recognised the car from the Golf advert as a Fiesta, the first pic of this thread and I recognised it straight away

Not my bag styling wise but its clearly had some top quality work go into it!

The engine they are looking at in the advert is not the same as the one in your car why is that?

I was gonna ask how it felt to have DOHC like a Golf when I first saw it.....

But I didn't realise it was the same one, just that it looked really similar!! There's a lot of work gone into it, but it's not my cuppa at all. Apart from the engine and colour, that's nice.

Cheers,
Grant

Looks like the engine bay shot in the advert is actually the engine bay of the Pulsar that is in this picture on the left.

Cheers lads, yeah engine bay shot was the pulsar due to not being able to get enough light in mine, I like the way they digitally coloured the tops of his wings in the same as mine though lol

I love it! - i drive a sleeper but if i was going the chav route i would want the thing scraping off the ground with the biggest wheels and the most unique/ outragious look!

I know its not the batmobile or one of the bond cars etc, but its still been on TV and people recognise it, (its famous!) it would be a shame to change the appearance too much or undoo all the work that was done - effectively the car in the ad would no longer exist/ or it would be changed out of all recognition - perhaps you should base a "stripped out racer" on another car?

Max power eat you heart out.

Can't. Help. But. Like. It.

Think that as its done properly and not rolled through Halfords window does help.
