Any Mercedes techs on? Help needed
2009 C class sport derv.
I have an issue with the menu scroll wheel which from looking around on the net seems a really common problem on cars around 4 yrs old. So common in fact some people have questioned if it's been programmed in to fail!
I have controls side to side and up and down but no scroll (twist) function which is a bit of a shit.
Obviously I can replace the scroll wheel myself but does it need to be programmed? I.e. dealer job?
