I was just checking if the same fuel cap fits both the Ford Escort mk1 /mk2 rs2000 models?
Is there different types of fuel caps to suit these models? Can anybody put up some photos please?
What is the average price for a new original genuine mk1 escort fuel cap making now?

 

I was under the impression they both fit both cars,could be wrong though?
He's a pic of my mk1 cap,its quite chunky n heavy,the mk2 one's are thinner/lighter





The caps seem to vary in price,i bid on loads and lost out at around £40 but got lucky with a cap and tank (collection only which was local) for £20
