when you build it up make sure you put a spacer between the horse shoes, then as you slide them onto the bracket on the turbo tap out the spacer at the same time otherwise its a bugger to get on. Then just line it all up and bolt it to the head

 

are they better than 2wd damper or just to allow quicker turbo change.

 

they were designed for the rs 500 for the massive t04e as the original t3 damper wont fit
some fooker put a truck size compressor snail in the way lol
