Just finished gardening (I hate it!), watch GP and then take a trip to look at a few cars somewhere to the north of Watford. Well done for arranging the sunshine Steve.

Yep, fresh, it's old, been run for years at a guess, got it running, was driving around the garden and it cut out, traced all the wiring, that's all good, timing seems good, piston and bore looks ok, valves look and seat ok, turns over with a spark but just won't fire up, getting fuel to the carb, just not sure if its passing fuel.

I've never had any experience or looked at a carb before, took it apart cleaned up and refitted still no go, got a mate whose an expert with them old things, hopefully he will take a look at it Wednesday for me.
