Default Brake pads for 1.6 Astra g cabrio

Right this is the birds car, brakes are currently 256 with standard pads,,,,, worst brakes I have even used in my life,,,, didn't really understand the meaning of brake fade till breaking for a round about last week with a mate in front about to be my emergency brake

I have decided to upgrade a bit, this is a road car/ daily driver that I wish to keep based like this but I have started a few improvements to help it a bit

Now the brakes, as she as 16ins wheels I know that 308's are a push but possible to be done, I have that sorted its just the pads I'm deciding on, I have minted pads,, fucking love them so have them in my Clio and my impreza,,,, perfect for stopping at any speed in both cars,,, 1155's in Clio and the turning car compound in the impreza,,,,

Now for a birds daily car I need good brakes but also don't think she is willing to left foot brake to warm up the pads, slow with handbrake when first driving in winters mornings like I have to on impreza and the "no brakes when cold" compound I have fitted

What is a good option where I won't get fade but she won't notice the lack of braking,, remember this is here car and not even going to go on track and can't do more that 110mph without needed to pull I ter a services and refill as much oil as you do petrol

So,,,,, any ideas ?
