Default Escort Cosworth Based on a RS2000 Shell Is this correct

I though the escort cosworth shell was different to the RS2000. Seems a little dodgy to me.

I've emailed asking for a reason. I thought this would have been either a Q reg or a reg relevant to when it was built under and Escort Cosworth. It does sound like a ringer but there may be a genuine reason.
