And went to meet whitey off here and quad .Whitey also has a 3 door and quad has a evo 5 , My 3 door is 350bhp on greens/t34 and whiteys is on a t4 greys/air injectors and converted to 4x4 .

The difference between the 2 cars is shocking ,i got my arse proper handed to me even though when i hit 4k my car started to misfire etc i think it needs new plugs .

I want to go 400bhp plus now as when he over took me the noise is just unreal .

3doors are cool, T4's come in hard once on boost but they take an age!

 

misfire or holding back, i took whitey out in it and he couldnt tell what was up with it , so as im off this week ill get it sorted .

His one dont take an age it just pushed me along with no effort

 

Im sure they don't hit full boost 'til 4-4500, that's pretty late unless you have an 8K rev limit, but even then that's only 3500 of useable rev range, Roller bearing T34's or T4's definately make sense!

My old 200sx had a cossie t4 on it, and I had to hit the limiter in 3rd/4th to get quick spool up when changing up a gear, it had a 8k limiter too, was a quick car but laggy, dropping 2 cogs from cruising - on boost get up and go pull.

Either way, i'd take a stg1 3door and be happy

 

t4s are the damage dave....

 

forget t4's, get a gt3071r on a 0.82 housing fitted, good turbo with plenty of scope, piss 400bhp if setup right

 

Just get a roller bearing maram shafted T34 like mine and stuck 2.5bar through it....blistering performance for point to point... Love mine to bits... It made 403bhp on one set or rollers and 407bhp on another set... So easy to say its 400.

Was a nice test ,and for mine to kick out down a country lane at 80 means its no slug but to look in the mirror and see yourself being pushed along aint good

Dont get you ,ive said i got my arse kicked and even without the miss fire i still would get my arse kicked . My point was i could not drive the car above 4k as it didnt want to know .
