Anyone know if these will fit mk3 Cortina?
Hi all
1st post, so go easy on me...
Just bought myself a 1975 mk3 cortina, but it's running old snidey steel rims and they don't exactly do the car any favours. I managed to pick up a cheap set of 4 spoke 6x13 RS alloys (18mm? offset), but now I'm wondering what tyres I should put on them?
Any recommendations? Suspension & ride height is standard. I'd like to put 205/60/13s all round but if these are gonna foul the arches it might need to be 185/60/13s. Only concern with the 185s is that they're a good bit smaller diameter than the stock and it might look like I've got it on castors....
Had a quick search of the forum and saw one guy had 205s on a mk3 and they rubbed, but he had slot mag wheels
Any advice is much appreciated

be carefull with 205s cortinas run 37mm offset instead of 18 like other rwd fords.
My mk5 currently has 195/50 15 on 18mm offset revos and catches on front but stiffer springs and shocks sorted it rear clears no problem
